It's been a busy weekend for Ed Sheeran: The U.K. musician stopped by Studio 8H Saturday to perform "Shape of You" and "Castle on the Hill" on Saturday Night Live, and announced the next day that he'd be taking the Grammys stage Sunday evening, too.

Sheeran also performed "Shape of You" at the Grammys, where he was up for the Song of the Year award as a writer on Justin Bieber's Purpose hit "Love Yourself." He currently has two Grammys to his name, both for "Thinking Out Loud" off 2014's x.

Sheeran took the stage solo and showed off his skills with looping, accompanying himself for all elements of the track including the backing vocals. <iframe src="" width="480" height="270" frameborder="0" class="giphy-embed" allowfullscreen="" scrolling="no" resize="0" replace_attributes="1" name=""></iframe><p><a href="">via GIPHY</a></p>

Sheeran's upcoming third album, ÷, arrives March 3.
