John Legend's place card was misspelled at the Golden Globes

Poor John Legend. Just because you’re a Golden Globe winner doesn’t mean they’re going to get your name right.

Legend attended this year’s ceremony with his wife, Chrissy Teigen, and she shared a photo from inside the theater of her husband posing with his place card for the evening. Specifically, his place card that reads “John Ledgend.”

Legend took home his first and only Golden Globe last year, when he won best original song for “Glory” from Selma. Although he’s not specifically up for an award this year, he stars in La La Land, which leads the film nominations with a whopping seven.
