'Will & Grace': Where Are They Now?

After picking up credits for Lonesome Dove and Townies, Eric McCormack did an eight-year stint on Will & Grace as Will Truman. After wrapping his run as the New York City lawyer with a soft spot for Grace, McCormack continued his on-screen work, booking gigs in The Andromeda Strain, Trust Me, Alien Trespass, My One and Only, The New Adventures of Old Christine, Pound Puppies, Perception, Full Circle, and Travelers. McCormack also expanded his work to the stage, following up early 2000s Broadway turns in The Music Man and The Play What I Wrote with one in Gore Vidal's The Best Man in 2012.

Debra Messing

Debra Messing starred opposite McCormack as Will & Grace's other title character, Grace Adler. The star, who had previous credits for NYPD Blue, Seinfeld, Ned and Stacey, and Prey, played the interior design through the show's 2006 wrap. She went on to lend her voice to Open Season, hit the big screen in Purple Violets, Lucky You, The Women, and Nothing Like the Holidays, and continued her small-screen work in The Starter Wife, Smash, and The Mysteries of Laura.

Megan Mullally

After appearing in About Last Night..., The Ellen Burstyn Show, and Rachel Gunn, R.N., Megan Mullally stole the show in Will & Grace as the gang's socialite friend, Karen Walker. She followed up the gig with turns in How I Met Your Mother, Bee Movie, In the Motherhood, Fame, Party Down, Party Down, Breaking In, 30 Rock, The Kings of Summer, Happy Endings, Web Therapy, Parks and Recreation, You, Me and the Apocalypse, and Childrens Hospital.

Sean Hayes

Sean Hayes landed his first major on-screen role in Will & Grace, playing Will's college friend Jack McFarland. He then spent the 2000s picking up credits for The Bucket List, Soul Men, and episodes of Campus Ladies and 30 Rock. In recent years, Hayes stepped behind the camera as an executive producer for Hollywood Game Night, Sean Saves the World, Hot in Cleveland, Grimm, and Crowded, also adding to his acting résumé with roles in The Three Stooges, Hit and Run, Up All Night, Smash, Monsters University, Sean Saves the World, and The Millers.

Shelley Morrison

Will & Grace found its Rosario Salazar in Shelley Morrison, who'd previously appeared in The Flying Nun, Breezy, and Courthouse. After wrapping her run as Karen's maid, Morrison popped up in episodes of My Name Is Earl and Handy Manny, also lending her voice to Foodfight! and Generator Rex.

Harry Connick Jr.

With more than a dozen albums and credits in Memphis Belle, Copycat, Excess Baggage, and Hope Floats to his name, Harry Connick Jr. joined Will & Grace as Grace's husband Leo Markus. He followed up the gig with additional studio albums and a continued acting career with subsequent credits for Bug, P.S. I Love You, New in Town, Dolphin Tale, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and Angels Sing. The star also joined American Idol in its 13th season, acting as a judge through the show's final episode.

Leigh-Allyn Baker

Leigh-Allyn Baker signed on to play Ellen in Will & Grace, a close friend to the title characters. The Charmed alum went on to appear in episodes of In Case of Emergency, 12 Miles of Bad Road, Back at the Barnyard, and Good Luck Charlie, and lent her voice to Jake and the Never Land Pirates and The 7D.

Tom Gallop

After appearing in Hudson Street, Tom Gallop starred opposite Baker as Will & Grace's Rob. During his run as the pal to Will and Grace, Gallop earned credits for Oh Baby, ER, Rude Awakening, Push, Nevada, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, and The Bourne Supremacy. After the finale, he returned to his role of Tom Cronin in The Bourne Ultimatum, also popping up in episodes of Burn Notice, American Horror Story, Bones, The Mentalist, and Suits.

Bobby Cannavale

Will finally met his match in Vince D'Angelo, portrayed by Bobby Cannavale, who had prior credits for Trinity, Gloria, Third Watch, 100 Centre Street, Ally McBeal, Kingpin, and The Station Agent. The Sex and the City alum went on to book gigs in Fast Food Nation, 10 Items or Less, The Take, 100 Feet, Paul Blart: Mall Cop, Cupid, Cold Case, Boardwalk Empire, Parker, Lovelace, Nurse Jackie, Chef, Adult Beginners, Ant-Man, and Vinyl.
