The 1991 Premiere of 'The Doors'

On March 1, 1991 The Doors arrived in theaters, bringing the story of the famed rock band to the big screen. Directed by Oliver Stone, the drama featured Val Kilmer as Jim Morrison, Kevin Dillon as John Densmore, Kyle MacLachlan as Ray Manzarek, and Frank Whaley as Robby Krieger, among others.
