Heidi Klum's Pick for Best Design: Austin Scarlett's Corn Husk Dress (Season 1)
''I always talk about Austin Scarlett's corn husk dress from season 1. I think that's partly because it was proof-of-concept of how cool and interesting and original these designers could be with such hard materials and parameters.''

Heidi Klum's Pick for Worst Design: Sean Kelly's Bandage-Like Separates (Season 13)
''Sean Kelly ended up winning [his] season of Project Runway, but we almost sent him home for this look—it was a crop top and skirt that looked like bizarre mummy bandages, or like the poor girl had just gotten out of surgery! The challenge was for the designers to remake a 'classic,' and they were given vintage '70s suits, some of which had really hard to work with material. But still, that was no excuse for this mess of a look! Luckily, he turned it around?.''

Tim Gunn's Pick for Worst Design: Ra'mon-Lawrence Coleman's Acid-Green, Neoprene Mini-Dress (Season 6)
''This look was made in the two hours of prep time that the designers have before their presentation to the judges. It consisted of two rectangles of neoprene draped around his model and fastened with pins. Neoprene wants to be tailored, not draped. This atrocity looked thrown together, because it was. Nina declared that she loved it so much that she would wear it(!). I bought it for her when the designs from that season were auctioned off on projectrunway.com. Did she, indeed, wear it? Not to my knowledge?.''
