Veteran actress Patty Duke died March 29 at the age of 69 after suffering from a ruptured intestine. Born Anna Marie Duke in Queens on Dec. 14, 1946, the actress found Hollywood as a child star. She counted dozens of roles over the course of her career, earning a Best Supporting Actress Oscar and a Most Promising Newcomer -- Female Golden Globe for her role in The Miracle Worker (1962), and a Best Actress Golden Globe for Me, Natalie (1969). Duke's death was confirmed by her actor son, Sean Astin. See the late star through the years, ahead.
