'Once Upon a Time': What's Next?
Did anyone really think that Regina (Lana Parrilla) would let Emma (Jennifer Morrison) stay in Storybrooke without a fight? Things are about to get very heated for the Queen, as Emma takes a more prominent role in Henry's (Jared Gilmore) life. ''They have two versions of what the best for him looks like and that's going to be a big dispute for them,'' Morrison told EW.
Breaking Bad's big bad Giancarlo Esposito is set to cause a stir in Storybrooke as Sydney, an intrepid reporter for the Daily Mirror. He served as the Queen's famously honest Magic Mirror back in Fairytale, but only Time will tell where his true loyalties lie.
The evil Regina definitely sticks to the same produce on our side. It is yet to be revealed whether the dreamy Sheriff Graham (Jamie Dornan) is one of her hired poison apples.
Regina seems to be bad to the core right now, but soon we'll be learning a lot more about this Evil Queen's long history with Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin). ''It all definitely derives from something that happened between those two, but you'll learn a lot about the Evil Queen and her history and why she's so evil — why she has so much anger and hatred,'' Parrilla teased to EW.
Emma is one of the few Storybrooke residents who never lived in Fairytale, so her story will have to be told in a much different way. ''Her backstory is revealed through her relationships with other people,'' she said. ''She kind of has a slower, steadier revelation of who she is, whereas some of the other characters will have a whole episode that's their flashback.''
