Weezer's album HURLEY and video for ''MEMORIES''
The nerd-rock heroes stuff their first independently produced album (named after Jorge Garcia's Lost character) with delightful pop tracks. Equally great is their raucous throwback video for the single ''Memories,'' featuring Johnny Knoxville and the Jackass crew behaving as badly as you'd expect.

DANCING WITH THE STARS
The show has rounded up another so-bad-it's-good cast, including David Hasselhoff, Florence Henderson, Bristol Palin, and Mike ''The Situation'' Sorrentino. As the dancers shimmy their way through season 11, they'll cross paths with past contestants for a 200th-episode celebration. Fingers crossed that Kate Gosselin didn't get the invite. (ABC, Mondays, Tuesdays, 8 p.m.)

Mars goes old-school, using a cassette to romance his lady. But this is no standard mixtape: Mars unspools the tape to create a virtual Etch A Sketch, turning the video into an equally sweet and clever animation.

Halo: Reach
The iconic blast-'em-up franchise returns with a M-rated prequel set on the doomed planet Reach. Battle the Covenant in campaign mode...or just battle foulmouthed fifth-graders on Xbox LIVE. Either way, you're doing good work for humanity.

I'M STILL HERE
Is Joaquin Phoenix for real? Or is his ''rap career'' just a Borat-esque hoax? Fake or not, the R-rated documentary about his fall from grace is a bleakly funny vision of showbiz hubris run amok.
