Starring Tom Cruise (pictured above with his then-wife Nicole Kidman), Jonathan Lipnicki, Cuba Gooding, Jr., Renée Zellweger, Kelly Preston, and Jerry O'Connell, among others, the sports film brought in $273.5 million worldwide and picked up Oscar nominations for Best Picture, Best Actor for Cruise, Best Original Screenplay for Cameron Crowe, and Best Film Editing, as well as a win for Gooding Jr., who was named Best Supporting Actor.
