Kristen Wiig rose to fame as a beloved member of the Saturday Night Live cast, but the Bridesmaids actress, who played baker and maid of honor Annie, got her first roles a few years prior. Wiig popped up in one 2004 episode of The Drew Carey Show, about a year before she made her SNL debut.
The daughter of singer Minnie Riperton and musician Richard Rudolph, Maya Rudolph had showbiz in her genes. Pictured here in December 1978, the future star picked up her first on-screen gigs in her 20s, appearing in episodes of Chicago Hope in 1996 and '97 and playing an unnamed nurse in Gattaca.
Rose Byrne picked up her first roles in the '90s, gaining fame as she joined bigger projects in the early 2000s. After landing her first role with a bit part on her cousin's show The Jenny McCarthy Show, Melissa McCarthy first hit the big screen in 1999, playing Sandra in Go. More than 10 years later she would star as the hilarious bridesmaid Megan in Bridesmaids.
Wendi McLendon-Covey joined Bridesmaids as bridesmaid Rita, a mother with a strong desire to let loose. Pictured here in October 2004, the actress earned her first credits in the 2000s, appearing in episodes of Reno 911!, Greek, and 10 Things I Hate About You.
Ellie Kemper, who played Bridesmaids' Becca, is now best known for her starring role in Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, but a decade ago, the rising star was landing early roles in shorts and TV movies like Redeeming Rainbow (pictured above).
