Voice actor Robby Benson picked up one princely gig as the title Beast in 1991's Beauty and the Beast. After voicing the cursed creature, Benson added to his résumé with voice roles in The Legend of Prince Valiant, House of Mouse, and the Kingdom Hearts franchise.

Beauty and the Beast found its Belle in Paige O’Hara. The actress and singer spent years on Broadway and earned additional voice credits for The Legend of Prince Valiant and various Beauty and the Beast spin-offs.

Belle's father, the so-called "crazy old Maurice," was voiced by Rex Everhart. The actor had decades of work to his name when he took on the animated role, including Superman (1978), Friday the 13th (1980), and Family Business (1989).

Mrs. Potts (Angela Lansbury)

After appearing in Gaslight (1944), The Picture of Dorian Gray (1945), The Manchurian Candidate (1962), and Murder, She Wrote, Angela Lansbury brought her award-winning acting chops to Beauty and the Beast as the teapot Mrs. Potts. She continued her famed career after the animated classic with movies like Anastasia, Nanny McPhee, and Mr. Popper's Penguins.

Chip (Bradley Pierce)

Bradley Pierce voiced Chip, the the teacup son of Mrs. Potts in Beauty and the Beast. It was one of the first credited roles for Pierce, who went on to appear in Jumanji and The Borrowers, and lent his voice to Sonic the Hedgehog and the Kingdom Hearts franchise.

Within months of making his debut as Lennie Briscoe on Law & Order, Jerry Orbach voiced Lumiere the candlestick in Beauty and the Beast. He went on to play Lennie for more than a decade, also earning credits for Straight Talk, Universal Soldier, Mr. Saturday Night, and House of Mouse.

Beauty and the Beast found its Cogsworth the clock in M*A*S*H and North and South alum David Ogden Stiers. The actor continued his voice work after the gig, lending his vocals to Napoleon (1995), Pocahontas (1995), Atlantis: The Lost Empire (2001), Spirited Away (2001), and Lilo & Stitch (2002).

After rising to fame with The Hollywood Squares and The $10,000 Pyramid, Jo Anne Worley voiced the Wardrobe in Beauty and the Beast. Worley earned subsequent credits for A Goofy Movie, Wizards of Waverly Place, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and The Middle.

Richard White was the villainous Gaston in Beauty and the Beast. He came into the gig of the pompous character with two episodes of Great Performances to his name, and went on to lend his voice to House of Mouse and hit the stage in Broadway and regional productions.

After appearing in The Last American Virgin (1982), Honey, I Shrunk the Kids (1989), and Twin Peaks, Kimmy Robertson brought the Featherduster to life in Beauty and the Beast. Robertson recently returned to her Twin Peaks role of Lucy Moran for the 2017 reboot.
