Michael Yarmush as Arthur
After starring in the '90s Canadian series My Life as a Dog, Michael Yarmush landed a voice role as the aardvark Arthur Read. Yarmush, whose additional credits include Stickin' Around, Lassie, and Chaos Walking, lent his vocals to Arthur for the show's first five seasons, returning in minor roles over subsequent decades.

Cameron Ansell as Arthur
Cameron Ansell picked up the role of the friendly aardvark in 2004, after earning credits for Max & Ruby, The Save-Ums!, and The Murdoch Mysteries. Following his three-season run on the animated series, Ansell appeared in Breakfast with Scot and episodes of Almost Heroes and Rookie Blue.

Dallas Jokic as Arthur
Dallas Jokic voiced the role of Arthur from 2008 to 2011. The actor also gave his voice to such shows as Caillou, Babar and the Adventures of Badou, and Postcards from Buster.

Arthur found its wealthy monkey Muffy Crosswire in Melissa Altro. The actress voiced the character for the entirety of the show's 25-season run, earning additional credits for Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Pippi Longstocking, World of Quest, and Camp Lakebottom.

Daniel Brochu as Buster Baxter
Daniel Brochu played Arthur's best friend Buster Baxter, the joke-loving rabbit, through 25 seasons. The actor has also lent his talents to The Magical Adventures of Quasimodo, Rotten Ralph, Mr. Nobody, and On the Basis of Sex.

Bruce Dinsmore is another voice artist who remained with Arthur through all 25 seasons, playing Binky Barnes. During his run as the animated bulldog, Dinsmore picked up roles in Wimzie's House, Mental Block, Alias Grace, and Transplant.

Michael Caloz originated the role of D.W., Arthur's little sister. The actor, who also earned credits for The Busy World of Richard Scarry, Affliction, and Goosebumps, stepped away from Hollywood in the late '90s.

A.J. Henderson joined Arthur as Ed Crosswire, Muffy's rich businessman father. He also voiced Grandpa Dave, Arthur's grandfather.
