Brothers of the Sun Tour
Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw kick off their joint stadium tour Saturday in Tampa, Fla. Hardworking Chesney will sweat through his shirt in the first song, and a woman seated behind you will comment on how good McGraw looks in those jeans (be our friend, JumboTron cameraman!).

MTV Movie Awards
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 1 only made it into two categories, so this year’s awards (Sunday, 9 p.m. ET on MTV) may not be quite the joke they usually are. Bridesmaids and The Hunger Games lead the nominations with eight apiece.
NBC has game 2 of the Stanley Cup finals on Saturday night (8 p.m. ET) as the New Jersey Devils try to even the series with the L.A. Kings. TNT has game 4 of the NBA’s Western Conference finals (8:30 p.m. ET) with the San Antonio Spurs at the Oklahoma City Thunder.
A great way to spend a summer evening. A sample from around the country this weekend: The Alamo Drafthouse’s Rolling Road Show brings Jurassic Park to Austin’s Republic Square Park (June 1), while the National Harbor’s Movies on the Potomac series offers National Treasure (June 1). The Indianapolis Museum of Art opts for What Ever Happened to Baby Jane (June 1), while Raleigh’s North Carolina Museum of Art goes with Groundhog Day (June 2).
Summer is no rest for the TV obsessed. While Game of Thrones wraps up its season (HBO, 9 p.m. ET), MTV’s Teen Wolf (11 p.m, after the MTV Movie Awards), Lifetime’s Drop Dead Diva (9 p.m.), and A&E’s The Glades (9 p.m.) and Longmire (10 p.m.) start theirs.
Thames Diamond Jubilee Pageant
The highlight of this weekend’s events celebrating Queen Elizabeth’s 60-year reign will amass more than 1,000 ships, of all sizes, on the Thames River, including a royal barge carrying the Queen and other members of the royal family. BBC America will broadcast it live beginning at 8:30 a.m. ET, while CNN offers two hours of live coverage starting at 11 a.m. ET.
