The scream queens are going to have to make room for some scream kings in season 2.

Ryan Murphy’s campy horror series recently cast a handful of new male characters for its second season — played by John Stamos, Taylor Lautner, and Colton Haynes — and the cast shared some insight on the new gentlemen of Scream Queens with EW at San Diego Comic-Con.

“I was looking forward to a character where… I’ve not gotten one note to play it nice,” Stamos said. Sounds like Dr. Brock Holt won’t exactly be the lovable guy that, say, Full House‘s Uncle Jesse was.

Taylor Lautner had to step out of his comfort zone for the role of Dr. Cassidy Cascade — at least when it came to his costume; Jamie Lee Curtis revealed that Lautner’s first day on set was also the first time he had worn a necktie in any of his roles. It’s also been revealed that Lautner’s character has a mysterious malady, but all that the Twilight heartthrob would reveal was that he is not a werewolf.

But enough about the new meat — what are those snobby, glamorous Chanels up to in this hospital-themed season? Well, apparently the exact opposite of what they were doing in season 1. Emma Roberts revealed that the Chanels are hating their new gig as Dr. Dean Munsch’s (Jamie Lee Curtis) employees.

“The Chanels have fallen from glamor and glory and are now having to work for Dr. Dean Munsch,” Roberts said. “But what I love is to see them try to hold on to that last glimmer of glamor that they used to have in this hospital. So they’re still trying to dress the way they used to dress, but they’re poor, so they have to wear stuff from last season.” Roberts then feigned horror at notion of repeating outfits.

Scream Queens season 2 will premiere Tuesday, Sept. 20 at 9 p.m. ET on FOX.
