The season 2 finale of iZombie was a game changer in more ways than one and left us with a lot of questions about season 3. Thankfully, the cast and producers will be taking the stage at Comic Con on Friday — along with moderator and EW staffer Danielle Nussbaum — and will hopefully provide us with some answers about what’s to come. To prepare you for the panel, EW has put together a refresher on what happened in the CW drama’s most recent season:

Where we left off: A full-on zombie outbreak took over a Max Rager party. Thankfully, Liv (Rose McIver), Major (Robert Buckley), and Clive (Malcolm Goodwin) were there to contain it and put a stop to Vaughn (Steven Weber). However, they received some unexpected help from private (zombie) military contractor named Vivian Stoll (Andrea Savage), who wants to usher in a “new world order” by turning Seattle into “the capital of the zombie homeland.” Meanwhile, Peyton (Aly Michalka) and Ravi’s (Rahul Kohli) relationship status remains up in the air after Blaine (David Anders) is the one who ends up valiantly saving her from Mr. Boss’ men, and Ravi arrives just in time to see the two of them share an embrace.

What we know about season 3: iZombie isn’t slated to return until midseason, so there isn’t much out yet about the new season. As of now, we do know that there will be more Peyton because Aly Michalka was promoted to series regular at the end of the season. Clive hasn’t had a lot of time to process finding out about Liv’s secret, so we’ll find out how he actually feels about her being a zombie in the new season. Futhermore, Rose McIver told EW that she expects Vivian will be the next Big Bad.

Comic-Con burning question: How will Liv respond to Vivian’s “are you with or against us” offer?
