There was no raging Hulk to fight this weekend at New York Comic Con, but Tony Stark definitely “called in Veronica.” In one of the most impressive displays of cosplay, a 9.5-foot Hulkbuster hit the floor, with other Avengers in tow.

Created by cosplayer Thomas DePetrillo from Extreme Costumes, the 95 pound outfit — which takes DePetrillo 20 minutes to put on — involved 1,600 hours of work. DePetrillo walked on stilts that were built into the legs of the armor to give him added height, though back-up (and helpful guidance when walking the floor) was provided by his teammates. (For the record, the Hulk kept his anger at bay.)

Avengers: Age of Ultron came out on Blu-ray and DVD earlier this month.
