In advance of their Saturday night movie premiere at Comic-Con, Cowboys & Aliens director Jon Favreau and star Sam Rockwell visited EW’s VIP Lounge to chat with Entertainment Weekly managing editor Jess Cagle about why they want to work together whenever possible. “Sam is every director’s secret weapon,” Favreau says. “And I remember from the first time I worked with him, we asked him to come in and do a cameo on Made where he played the bellman. And he and Vince Vaughn went on a riff, man. They had so much fun that he came back the next day to watch, and we got him in hair and makeup and put him in that scene, too.” Watch the interview below.
