Robert Langdon is back for another adventure in Dan Brown’s Origin.

And this time the Harvard symbologist is traveling to brand new settings in Spain — as teased by the trailer above — where he’ll be working to solve a mystery that involves two of humanity’s biggest questions: Where do we come from? Where are we going?

Much like in his previous books featuring the character (Angels & Demons, The Da Vinci Code, The Lost Symbol, and Inferno), Brown will incorporate codes, symbols, history, and architecture, while touching upon themes in science, religion, and art. Only Origin offers a new twist: the art he’ll be featuring will be modern, and the science will focus on cutting-edge technology.

EW can exclusively reveal the cover of Origin (below).

The book marks Langdon’s fifth adventure overall, with Tom Hanks having played the Mickey Mouse watch-wearing professor in three movies, the latest being 2016’s Inferno.

Origin hits bookshelves Oct. 3. You can preorder it here.
