On Dec. 19, the Electoral College will cast their votes for the next president of the United States. And a new celebrity PSA is urging at least 37 members of the 538-person College to vote for a candidate other than Donald Trump, denying him the full 270 votes required to assume office and forcing an alternate candidate to take his place.

“As you know, our Founding Fathers built the electoral college to safeguard the American people from the dangers of a demagogue, and to ensure that the presidency only goes to someone who is ‘to an eminent degree, endowed with the requisite qualifications,'” Martin Sheen says in Unite for America’s video, citing the Federalist Papers.

The 17 other celebrities featured — including Debra Messing, Noah Wyle, and Bob Odenkirk — take turns explaining that the Electoral College voters should vote with their conscience, and select a qualified candidate for the presidency. They explicitly say that they are not endorsing Hillary Clinton in particular, but instead, are imploring the voters to ensure Donald Trump does not become president, citing his lack of stability and lack of respect for the constitution as reasons.

Unite for America is a multi-partisan movement established after Trump’s election win to prevent him from taking office. The group will be holding #UniteForAmerica online vigils and rallies across the country on Dec. 19.
