Gucci Mane will release his Christmas album, The Return of East Atlanta Santa, on Friday, so naturally, Guwop dropped by New York City’s SantaCon, an annual Santa-themed bar crawl that took place Saturday, to promote the project and get into the holiday spirit.

The Atlanta rapper tweeted Saturday morning that he’d visit Ainsworth Park, a bar in Manhattan’s Gramercy neighborhood, that afternoon. And, after sharing a photo of some Guwop merch — “NY I’m ready for you!” — he made good on his promise. A video he tweeted with the comment “It’s #Brickmas in NYC!!” shows him entering Ainsworth Park, packed to the gills with ecstatic, Santa-clad fans.

Guwop shared plenty of content from his SantaCon visited, including footage of him meeting fans (“Turned up with the people”) and distributing gifts (“Wop got gifts for everyone!!!”).

The Return of East Atlanta Santa will be the third album-length project Gucci Mane has released this year, following July’s Everybody Looking and October’s Woptober. In November, he shared “St. Brick Intro” and “Last Time” from the Christmas album. Guwop also appears on “Black Beatles,” the Rae Sremmurd hit that has held the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100 for the last month. The 36-year-old rapper was released from prison in May.
