Matthew Broderick debuts his very own Donald Trump impression
It seems everyone has an impression of Donald Trump.
On Friday night’s episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, actor Matthew Broderick unveiled his impersonation of the president-elect, admitting it maybe need a little bit of work.
“I was thinking about that but I don’t think I’ve ever met him. I don’t think he’s ever come to a show I’ve been in at all,” Broderick explained to host Stephen Colbert. The actor then envisioned what it would have been like to meet Trump backstage at a show, affecting the president-elect’s speaking voice, as well as his hand movements.
“I don’t have a Donald Trump impression,” Broderick said after the attempt. “It’s new. I’m sorry for trying it out here, I hadn’t worked on it. Something I should do at home before coming on the show.”
Watch Broderick give it a try below.
