Time to get that tux cleaned. Wedding Crashers 2 is in early development, EW confirmed.

Evan Susser and Van Robichaux have been hired by New Line Cinemas to write a script for a sequel to the 2005 comedy.

The news comes after Wedding Crashers star Isla Fisher hinted last week that a follow-up may be in the works. “I bumped into Vince Vaughn at a party, and he said that apparently we’re going to be making a sequel,” she said during a Today show appearance. “So I’m really excited to see what happened to [Fisher’s character] Gloria.”

“I shouldn’t really announce it on morning television,” she joked. “But apparently there’s some talk of it, which is fun.”

It’s still too early to tell if Fisher, Vaughn, Owen Wilson, Rachel McAdams, and director David Dobkin will be back, EW has learned.

Susser and Robichaux wrote the upcoming comedy Fist Fight, which stars Ice Cube and Charlie Day as two teachers set to square off after the last day of school.

Deadline first reported the news.
