Snoop & Martha's Dinner Party
- TV Show
VH1 has ordered another helping of Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party.
On Monday, the network announced that after only two episodes, the cooking show starring Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg has been renewed for a second season.
“That’s right, me and my homegirl Martha will be back for another season and we can’t wait,” said Snoop Dogg in a statement. “Thanks to all the fans who tuned into Season 1. If ya’ll thought this season was fun, wait ’til you see what we have cookin’ up next for ya.”
The series finds the unlikely duo inviting their celebrity friends to join them for food, conversation, and plenty of pot jokes. Among the high-profile names cooking up comedy and meals with Snoop and Stewart on the first season are Seth Rogen, Ice Cube, DJ Khaled, Naya Rivera, and 50 Cent.
Speaking to EW ahead of the series premiere, Snoop discussed his hopes of another round. “If you asked me, I would do it again,” he shared. “I’ll do it again and again and again. I’ll do it until I’m satisfied.” The rapper also joked about his co-host doing a theme song for season 2, so we’re halfway to the dream of Stewart performing, “Drop It Like It’s 350 Degrees.”
Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party airs Mondays at 10 p.m. ET on VH1.
