Dave Chappelle is in a fowl mood in “Motel Painting,” an offbeat but hilarious cut-for-time sketch from last weekend’s episode of Saturday Night Live.

Set inside (what else?) a motel painting of a quaint pond scene, the sketch finds Chappelle voicing a swan who looks good and knows it, to the dismay of two neighboring ducks (Alex Moffat and Melissa Villaseñor). They don’t think a certain cob is pulling his weight around the pond, but he begs to differ.

“Oh wait, I’m sorry, do you have a long gorgeous neck?” Chappelle sneers. “Have you inspired countless ballets?”

“There was one ballet,” the ducks protest.

“And what was it called?” Chappelle says. “It wasn’t called Duck Lake.”

Check and mate. Watch “Motel Painting” below.
