Mondo Cozmo and USC's marching band kicked off the podcast recording with guest Seth Rogen at EW PopFest
Anna Faris knows how to make an entrance.
The actress and comedian kicked off her presentation at EW PopFest on Sunday afternoon with singer Mondo Cozmo and USC’s marching band, the Spirit of Troy, who marched in through the audience, performed Mondo Cozmo’s “Hold On To Me” (Faris stars in the song’s music video) as well as the theme song to Anna Faris Is Unqualified. The Mom actress was on hand at the Entertainment Weekly pop culture festival in downtown Los Angeles for a live taping of her podcast — and joining her on stage was the podcast’s producer and cohost, Sim Sarna, and fellow comedian Seth Rogen (Sausage Party, Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising).
The stars played some improv games, took calls from fans asking for dating advice, and tested Rogen’s knowledge of marijuana.
“It’s a little on the nose,” Faris said, before quizzing Rogen on cannibis-related trivia, including whether there are more Starbucks locations or weed dispensaries in Los Angeles, which rapper had his ashes mixed with pot and smoked by his crew, and what marijuana has to do with babies.

Faris’ sitcom Mom, which also stars Allison Janney, is in its fourth season on CBS.
Preacher, the comic book adaptation co-created by Rogen, Sam Catlin, and Evan Goldberg, has been renewed for a second season on AMC.
