Lip Sync Battle: Laverne Cox punts to Nicki Minaj

While Samira Wiley threw back to the ’90s in a clip from the upcoming Lip Sync Battle, her competitor — and Orange Is the New Black costar — Laverne Cox keeps it a bit more modern by taking on Nicki Minaj’s 2010 song “Roman’s Revenge.”

In another sneak peek at the episode, Cox wears a black leotard and cutoff shorts as she raps (and dances) along. She also shows off an impressively high kick, throwing her leg up during the line, “And I’ll kick that ho, punt.”
