Trick or treating isn’t the only way to score candy this Halloween. For the next few days, Pokémon Go is getting in the holiday mood.

From Oct. 26 to Nov. 1, the mobile game is celebrating Halloween by doubling the amount of candy rewards and featuring with more frequency some of the spookier characters, including Drowzee, Gastly, Gengar, Haunter, Hypno, and Zubat.

In addition to the Halloween festivities, Niantic has also announced the latest updates for Pokémon Go. The most exciting addition to the update are the new egg patterns, which, as demonstrated in the picture below, differ depending on the required distance to hatch them.

Among the other new features are Pokémon type icons for each Pokémon being added to the information screen, a low battery indicator for Pokémon Go Plus, and minor text fixes.
