Jason Sudeikis’ days on Saturday Night Live may be over, but that doesn’t mean he still isn’t doing impressions on TV.
On Friday, the actor stopped by Harry Connick Jr.’s new talk show, Harry, where he fulfilled a wish for the host. “I’ve never been around anybody that’s done an impression of me,” he revealed. Sudeikis gladly righted that wrong as the duo headed over to the piano to sing Connick’s 1992 version of “On The Street Where You Live.”
As Sudeikis showed off his impressive pipes and pitch perfect impression, Connick dipped into his American Idol judging background and weighed in. “That’s pretty darn good,” he said. “He’s better than me, is the problem.”
While he doesn’t do much singing on the show, Sudeikis’ vocal talents can currently be heard on Son of Zorn, where the actor voices the titular animated warrior of the Fox comedy.
