Freeform cancels Guilt
Guilt will never reach its verdict. Freeform has canceled the crime drama after just one season, EW has confirmed.
The thriller premiered in June and detailed an American student, Grace (Daisy Head), in London who ends up becoming the major suspect in the murder of her best friend. Daisy’s sister, Natalie (Emily Tremaine), who happens to be an up-and-coming assistant to the District Attorney in Boston, flies over to help defend her sibling. Season 1’s finale in August absolved Grace to the viewers; however, only more mysteries were created.
The 10-episode series was created by Nichole Millard and Kathryn Price, who penned the family comedy The Game Plan starring Dwayne Johnson.
Deadline first reported the news.
