If there’s one unspoken rule for guest judges on Project Runway, it’s don’t disagree with Heidi Klum. But Emily Ratajkowski is all about breaking the rules.

The model-actress appears as a guest judge on the design competition series this Thursday and clashes with both Klum and Nina Garcia on a critique. Designer Nathalia JMag’s dress, which was inspired by chandeliers, draws criticism from the veteran female judges — Klum goes so far as to say that it reminds her of “a teen prom dress from the mall that was really inexpensive.” And Garcia says it’s the “opposite of luxurious” and uses the word “cheap” more than once.

But Ratajkowski applauds JMag for doing something different; she saw creativity in the look while other items on the runway bored her. Watch the full exclusive clip above and tune in Thursday to see how Zac Posen feels about the look.

Project Runway airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on Lifetime.
