American Horror Story teaser is key to Roanoke twist
Fans of American Horror Story have been waiting for this moment all season. Ever since EW exclusively revealed that episode 6 of AHS: Roanoke would feature a galvanizing twist that would change everything (“You’ll see starting in episode 6, the show has a huge turn and the thing that you think you’re watching, is not what you’re watching,” co-creator Ryan Murphy told us), online speculation has been rampant over what it could be.

So what is going to happen? The teaser for next week’s installment is a glimpse of what’s in store. The clip for chapter 6 features My Roanoke Nightmare‘s producer, played by Cheyenne Jackson, now being followed by a camera crew. “The camera never stops, no matter what anyone says,” he tells the crew.
Fans should be prepared for these next batches of episodes to be their own thing per Falchuk. He explains, “I really think it’s three seasons: it’s like [episodes] 1 through 5, 6 through 9, and 10 is its own thing.”
An anthology series that centers on different characters and locations, including a haunted house, an insane asylum, a witch coven, a freak show, and a hotel.
