Julianne Hough to guest on Speechless

Julianne Hough is getting in tune with Speechless.

The actress and Dancing With the Stars judge will guest-star on an upcoming episode of the ABC comedy about the outspoken mother of a son with cerebral palsy, EW has learned.

Hough will play Miss Bloom, the young, cheery new choir teacher who finds herself working with J.J. (Micah Fowler).

Hough’s credits also include Grease: Live! and Footloose.

Speechless airs Wednesday at 8:30 ET/PT.

Julianne Hough will appear as Miss Bloom, a young, beautiful, and enthusiastic new Choir teacher. She’s excited to teach all of the new choir students, including JJ (Micah Fowler). Her appearance is slated for our ninth episode of season.
