Jess, Jake. Jake, Jess. We’ll let you two get acquainted.

Next week on Brooklyn Nine-Nine, a New Girl will be seen in New York, and then on New Girl, the Nine-Nine will be called into action in a one-hour crossover event that spans two episodes.

In Brooklyn‘s Oct. 11 installment, which kicks off the crossover at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Fox, Jake (Andy Samberg) commandeers her a car driven by New York tourist Jess (Zooey Deschanel), and she tries to help him find a suspect in a case. A half-hour later on New Girl, she winds up in the Nine-Nine, trading quips with Gina (Chelsea Peretti) and Holt (Andre Braugher). What bring her to the Big Apple? Schmidt (Max Greenfield) thinks his high school is honoring him, so he and the rest of the gang head east for the adventure. Will you also see Nick (Jake Johnson) and Winston (Lamorne Morris) share screen time with Boyle (Joe Lo Truglio)? Click on the video while singing out of rhythm, Who’s that girl and guy? It’s Jess and Jake! Or not.
