Get your gold out of Gringotts, because another Harry Potter home has gone on the market.

It was reported last week that the house used as the Privet Drive set in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone has gone up for sale, and now Hermione Granger’s house is available to purchase, too. According to the property listing, the three-story, six-bedroom detached home is located in London’s Hampstead Garden Suburb neighborhood and boasts a 2.4 million pound price tag.

The house made an appearance in the series’ seventh film, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1, when Hermione (Emma Watson) left home after erasing her parents’ memories of her in order to protect them in case the Death Eaters came looking for her.
