Freedom is in the eye of the beholder: HBO has released a surreal new poster and two new promos for its upcoming sci-f drama Westworld.

First the poster: The image shows several layers of an intricately designed robotic host’s eye and the Old West landscape that is their home — and their prison. There’s also an alternate new tagline: “Where Life Begins.” As for the promos, one focuses on the andriod “host” characters Maeve (Thandi Newton) and Dolores (Evan Rachel Wood) while the other is a behind-the-scenes promo including interviews with showrunners Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy. The life of Westworld begins this Sunday, Oct. 2. Below are the show’s two new promos, eye poster and previous official poster.
