The world has known Emma Watson to be a loud and proud feminist ever since she launched her He For She campaign in 2014. Since then, she’s has become one of many faces of celebrity feminism and recently released her own short film called Hurdles, a two-minute clip explaining the obstacles that women and girls have had to overcome in the fight for gender equality.

The Harry Potter alum posted the video to Twitter with the caption, “Excited to show you this small film I helped make. Hope it gets you going! #Hurdles #GenderEqualityTogether @TheGlobalGoals #Goal5”

Watson narrates the video, which shows black-and-white footage of female athletes competing in an Olympic event.

“Women and girls have always faced hurdles,” she begins. “But that’s never stopped us. We’ve sacrificed, fought, campaigned, succeeded, been knocked back and succeeded again. In the race for justice, we’ve leapt over countless obstacles to win our rights.”
