Harry Potter was never fond of Privet Drive, but some lucky fan may soon be able to own the Dursleys’ home for themselves.

The house in Berkshire, England that was used as the Privet Drive set in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone has gone up for sale. The house is currently on the market for 475,000 pounds, and features three bedrooms full of modern decor. The pictures look nothing like the drab Dursley home fans are used to, but there’s still that familiar space under the stairs for the new owners to use how they wish.

The Dursleys’ address is usually given as 4 Privet Drive, in the village of Little Whinging, in the county of Surrey, but that’s not a real place. The actual property is located at 12 Picket Post Close in Martins Heron, Bracknell in Berkshire, outside of London.
