THE RIGHT HIGH
HBO, Friday, 11 p.m.
Don’t tune into this web series-turned-full blown TV show looking for a stoner comedy. The series follows a friendly neighborhood marijuana delivery guy in New York and each episode dives into the lives of his customers. In the premiere, we meet a man who tries to escape a co-dependent friendship by joining a crystal meth support group, which is totally a reasonable thing to do in that situation. Find out why EW’s Shirley Li gave the series an A- here.
Lifetime, Saturday, 8 p.m.
Troian Bellisario (Pretty Little Liars), Jess Weixler (The Good Wife), Stana Katic (Castle), and Michelle Trachtenberg (Gossip Girl) star in this adaptation of Colette Freedman’s play about four sisters who uncover a dark secret when they return home to mourn their mother’s death. (Unfortunately, the secret isn’t that Gossip Girl and A are the same person).
