Gilmore Girls at EW PopFest: Amy Sherman-Palladino, Daniel Palladino to unveil first look
- TV Show
Get your coffee ready: Stars Hollow is coming to Los Angeles.
Gilmore Girls creator/executive producer Amy Sherman-Palladino and executive producer Daniel Palladino will be appearing at EW PopFest on Oct. 29 to discuss their beloved series and to unveil an exclusive first look at Netflix’s highly-anticipated four-part event.
The duo will discuss all things Stars Hollow, from the return of everyone’s favorite quaint corner diner to the dreamy Dragonfly Inn to a fast-talking, quick-witted mother-daughter love story unlike any other.
Produced by Dorothy Parker Drank Here Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television, Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life will be told through four 90-minute chapters – each spanning one season: Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall – and launches Nov. 25, everywhere Netflix is available.
In addition to the exclusive first look at Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, EW PopFest will feature appearances by Jodie Foster, James Corden, Anna Faris, the cast of Happy Endings, a musical mashup performance by the cast of The CW’s Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, and many more. A Wes Craven tribute and a 20th anniversary screening of Scream, a sneak peek at the first footage from the Dark Tower movie, an advance screening of Marvel’s Doctor Strange, and musical performances by Nick Jonas and Janelle Monae are also planned.
