Kids adorably tell Jimmy Kimmel how babies are made
One of Jimmy Kimmel’s go-to bits involves sending staff out on to the streets of L.A. to ask random people basic questions and marvel at their unbelievable answers. It stands to reason, of course, that clueless kids would be even funnier than clueless adults, so on Tuesday night, Kimmel’s people posed a perfect question to a bunch of children on the street: Where do babies come from?
One kid said that babies came from “mom’s tummy.” Another identified “boobs” as the source, while one young girl just started singing the alphabet song. Most kids found the question some mix of disturbing and hilarious; they may not have completely understood the answer, but they knew enough to find it goofy and slightly taboo. One kid started laughing, prompting the interviewer to ask what was so funny.
“Knowing that my parents have to do it,” she said.
