The DJ Mustard track sees the light of day…on the Japanese edition of her new album

Britney Spears’ collaboration with hip-hop producer DJ Mustard is finally seeing the light of day.

The hitmaker behind Rihanna’s “Needed Me” and Big Sean’s “I Don’t F—k With You” teased new material with the pop icon as far back as last summer — he called the track “harder than hard; it’s a movie” — but his name was absent from the credits on Spears’ ninth LP, Glory, released in the U.S. last month.

Now, the song “Mood Ring” is getting an official release on the Japanese edition of Glory, and you can hear it below:
