Rebecca Ferguson has stepped right up to join Hugh Jackman in The Greatest Showman.

The Mission: Impossible — Rogue Nation actress will play Swedish opera singer Jenny Lind in Fox’s big-screen musical about P.T. Barnum and his traveling circus, EW has confirmed.

In development since 2009, Greatest Showman will star Jackman as Barnum, the fast-talking flimflam man and impresario who founded what would become the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. The cast also includes Zac Ephron, Michelle Williams, and Zendaya.

Production is set to start in the fall.

Michael Gracey, who has a background in visual effects and commercial directing, is calling the shots on Showman, which is written by Michael Arndt (Little Miss Sunshine). Justin Paul and Benj Hasek (Broadway’s A Christmas Story: The Musical) are writing original songs for the movie.

Born and raised in Stockholm, Ferguson played the butt-kicking spy Ilsa Faust in Rogue Nation. Her other upcoming films include The Girl on the Train, Life, and The Snowman.

Variety first reported the news.
