Season 3 of Younger isn’t giving Liza a break, with her love triangle becoming increasingly more complicated. Decisions, decisions.

Sutton Foster returns for a new season of the TV Land series as Liza, the working girl with two separate lives. Her 26-year-old on-again, off-again boyfriend Josh (Nico Tortorella) keeps her life fresh and exciting, while her closer-in-age boss Charles (Peter Hermann) represents a mature and stable future. The problem is, neither man knows of the other, and her boss also thinks she is 26 (a lie she told to get the job fearing her years of being a stay-at-home mom put her at a disadvantage).

In the new trailer, Maggie (Debi Mazar) and Kelsey (Hilary Duff), Liza’s confidants, attempt to help her through the dilemma, but the push-and-pull from her two suitors keeps her from ultimately making a decision. On top of it all, season 3 may be the moment Josh and Charles finally meet. “It’s all over, Maggie,” says Liza. “My two world’s are going to collide.”

An exclusive clip EW premiered last month showed the two men vying for Liza’s attention, further confusing the entire situation. Foster acknowledges it’s great material to be able to explore. “It’s not a clear-cut thing,” said Foster in an interview with ATX Television. “It’s super complicated and that’s what makes great TV.”

Season 3 of Younger premieres Wednesday, Sept. 28 at 10 p.m. ET on TV Land.
