The season premiere of Saturday Night Live is only one month away, and the show is asking fans for suggestions for who should host the season 42 premiere.

Hosting the season premiere is a big deal, and the past few seasons have kicked off with such entertainment heavyweights as Miley Cyrus, Chris Pratt, and Tina Fey. Fans and even celebrities have weighed in on Twitter, but now it’s your turn.

Before you cast your vote, let’s meet some candidates.

1. The Final Five

This young group of gymnasts won over the hearts of America during their brilliant run at the Olympics, and Simone Biles has already shared their desire to host, tweeting, “#FinalFive PLEASE! We have been dying to do it.”

2. Tom Hanks

Somehow it has been 10 years since the actor last hosted SNL. With both Sully and Inferno set for release this fall, there’s never been a better time to bring Hanks back.

3. Jason Sudeikis

September will be a big month for the former SNL cast member. He will star as an animated warrior in the Fox comedy Son of Zorn, and Masterminds will hit theaters the day before the SNL premiere.

4. Rihanna

The singer is no stranger to SNL; she has performed on the show multiple times and starred in several digital shorts. After Cyrus hosted the first episode last year, it might make sense to follow suit with another multi-dimensional artist.

5. Lin-Manuel Miranda

While still a very busy man, Miranda now has much more free time on his hands after leaving Hamilton this summer. Seems like the perfect opportunity for him to visit a new stage.

6. Vin Diesel

2017 is set to be the year of Diesel; the actor has three major franchise films set for release. An extra bonus could be the possibility of The Rock rushing the stage.

7. Emily Blunt

Now’s the perfect time to turn the spotlight on The Golden Globe-winning actress whose turn in The Girl on the Train marks her most high-profile role yet.

8. Eddie Murphy

Hailed by many as one of the greatest SNL cast members of all time, the comedian has famously never returned to host. Murphy is getting some early awards attention for his role in Mr. Church, so maybe he’s finally willing to come home.

9. Rachel Bloom

The actress has already landed a Golden Globe for her performance on Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, and if that wasn’t enough, she shared on Twitter that she previously auditioned for SNL and did an impression of Katharine Hepburn auditioning to play Bugs Bunny in Space Jam. We need to see that.

10. Ryan Lochte

The swimmer is already headed to Dancing With the Stars on his redemption tour after his incident in Rio, and there’s perhaps no better way to get back into people’s good graces than by making fun of yourself. The Olympian certainly has plenty of material.

Think someone else should host? Sound off in the comments.
