The upcoming Alola region of Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon will house a whole new set of pocket monsters, but some past favorites will return with a new coat of paint — including a free Munchlax for early buyers.

Nintendo announced the promotion through a new trailer Thursday during its NintendoDirect presentation. Players who purchase either game before Jan. 11, 2017 will receive a free Munchlax, the adorable pre-evolution of the lazy Snorlax. Additionally, the tiny creature will be holding a Snorlium Z item, allowing its evolved form to perform the special Z-move, Pulverizing Pancake. The move will wake the large and powerful Pokémon from its slumber to flatten its foe.

The clip also revealed the new Alolan form of the tiny rat Pokémon, Rattata. Dark in color with an epic mustache, Rattata now has Dark typage along with its pre-set Normal. The Alolan Pokémon can also be caught with the Gluttony or Hustle ability, giving an extra boost after eating a berry in battle, or providing a 50 percent bump in attack power respectively.

The Pokémon team unveiled the new Alolan forms of creatures from the Kanto Pokédex in August, including an Ice type Vulpix and Ninetails, Dragon type Exeggutor, Ice type Sandshrew and Sandslash, and more.

Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon are now available for pre-order and will hit shelves on Nov. 18 for the Nintendo 3DS.
