While attending his sister’s wedding in Ireland over the weekend, Snow Patrol’s Johnny McDaid enlisted Ed Sheeran for a surprise performance.

Their 30-minute set included renditions of Stevie Wonder’s “Superstition” and Sheeran’s “Tenerife Sea,” one of several songs the pair penned together for Sheeran’s second studio album, x. They also revived Snow Patrol’s 2006 breakout hit “Chasing Cars,” which peaked at No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 and earned a Grammy nom for Best Rock Song.

Courteney Cox, who’s been dating McDaid since 2013, was also in attendance at the ceremony. Watch footage from the performance below.
