Mere hours after transforming the VMA stage into a sweaty gym on Sunday night, Ariana Grande debuted the official video for “Side to Side.”

The visual features similar imagery from the performance: Grande leads an LED-lit spin class, while Nicki Minaj — who raps on the track — commands a steam room stocked with shirtless men made to look like mannequins.

“Side to Side” is the fourth video to come from Grande’s third studio album, Dangerous Woman, which debuted at No.2 on the Billboard 200 in May. It follows the colorful, close-up centric “Dangerous Woman,” the Lil Wayne-assisted “Let Me Love You,” and romantic getaway clip for “Into You.” Grande was up for five nominations at Sunday night’s VMAs, though she ultimately lost out to Beyoncé and Fifth Harmony in all categories.
