The VMAs return this Sunday for another year of high-profile performances, jaw-dropping moments, and coveted Moonmen.

Some of the biggest names in music are already set to take the stage, including performances from Britney Spears, (her first at the show since 2007), Ariana Grande, Rihanna, and Nick Jonas. Plus, Kanye West, who’s been at the center of some of the show’s most buzzed-about scenes, is reported to have free reign of the ceremony for a full four minutes. With rumors swirling around a potential surprise from Lady Gaga and Beyonce up for a staggering 11 awards, the 2016 iteration is mounting into one of the most anticipated in recent memory.

So where can you watch it all go down? The VMAs will air live from New York’s Madison Square Garden Aug. 28 at 9 p.m. ET on MTV, hitting the West Coast on tape delay, at 9:00 p.m. local time. Looking for another platform? With cable authentication, fans can watch the event in its entirety through MTV’s app and catch behind-the-scenes moments and backstage reactions via the livestream starting at 7 p.m.
