Eva Longoria is Jane the Virgin bound.

The Desperate Housewives alum confirmed she will direct episode #303, “Chapter Forty-Seven,” of the CW dramedy with a tweet (below) on Thursday that reads, “Ohhhhh can’t wait! Jane The Virgin get ready!” and a photo of a script cover to accompany.

From the look of it, Jaime Camil, who plays Rogelio De La Vega, telenovela star and father to the titular Jane (Gina Rodriguez), is excited. He teased the news on Instagram (also seen below) on Wednesday.

Longoria has no plans to appear in a guest role, according to a rep for The CW. (But wouldn’t it be great if she popped in as one of Rogelio’s celebrity friends, or perhaps better yet, foes? Yes, and yes.)

Jane the Virgin also stars Brett Dier, Justin Baldoni, Yael Grobglas, Andrea Navedo, and Ivonne Coll, and is set to return to The CW on Oct. 17 at 9 p.m. ET for its season 3 premiere. For a refresher on where the show left off, read our season 2 finale recap here

A telenovela adaptation, Jane the Virgin tells the story of Jane Villanueva, a virgin who is accidentally inseminated during a routine checkup.
