Prophets of Rage — the supergroup made up of members from Rage Against the Machine, Cypress Hill, and Public Enemy — are well into their Make America Rage Again tour, and on Wednesday night in Toronto they brought out a surprise guest: Dave Grohl.

The Foo Fighters frontman joined the group on stage during the encore, two hours into the show, when he sang lead on the group’s cover of the MC5’s “Kick Out the Jams.”

“We’d like to welcome our good friend Dave Grohl to the stage,” the band said. “Kick out the jams, motherf—er!” Grohl yelled before launching into the track. After, he blew kisses to the crowd after ditched the stage.
